Word and Excel integration requires MS Word and Excel, 2000, 2002, 2003 or 2007

Multi-User

	Multi-user mode is optimized for Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003 client-server networks
	Use in a Terminal Server environment is supported for Windows XP Pro/2000 Server/Server 2003 Terminal Services.

Port Requirements

HTTP Port 80: The client network should be able to telnet oew.ingersollrand.com 80 and access www.irpws.com. Used for orders and Auto Updates.

FTP Port: OEW supports both active & passive mode FTP. The client network needs to allow either active or passive mode FTP. For more information, please contact customer service.

Ports 5500 & 5000: Required for connecting to IR online customer service.
